The Reservation Center is situated on the first floor in the Baggage Claim section and includes a list of hotels and direct telephone reservation lines.
• Disabled Travelers: Wheelchairs can be used free of charge from the Information Desk on the first floor. There is also disabled parking and elevators.
• Parking: Both short and long-term parking provide sheltered access to Albany International Airport and elevators to the ticket counters and baggage claim. For short term the first half an hour is free, the second $2 then $1 for addtional 30 minutes with a 24 fixed daily rate. For long term the first 30 minutes is $2 with $1 for each additonal hour with a maimum daily rate of $9. There is a free shuttle to Economy parking which has an hourly rate of $1 and a maximum of $5 a day.
• Directions & Transportation: By car, drivers can take Interstates 87, 88 and 90. A local bus service runs regularly every day from outside the terminal and provides transportation to the airport.
