American Eagle Airlines is one of the largest regional airlines in the United States and is a subsidairy of American Airlines. They currently operate over 1800 flights daily and has large hubs located throughout the US. American Eagle began as a group of regional airlines, which merged together to form the company in 1984. American Eagle has recently expanded their flight plan to include destinations in the Caribbean and have begun offering vacation packages in cooperation with American Airlines. The airline prides itself on professional in-flight service, punctuality and its expansive flight plans. With the addition of new CRJ 700 jets, the airline has further expanded its fleet and now has the largest regional airline fleet in the world.
