Buenos Aires-Ezeiza International Airport (EZE) is situated in Ezeiza which is a province of Buenos Aires. • Eating & Drinking: Restaurants and cafes can be found throughout the airport. These include McDonalds and Natural Break in Terminal A, La-Banderita and Gianni-&-Vittorio in Terminal B and Bellini and Air Coffee in both.
• ATM: An ATM and 24 hour bank, Banco Nacion, are situated in Terminal A. Bureau de change can be found in all terminals.
• WiFi: An Internet service is available in the departure lounges of Terminal A and Terminal B.
• Shopping: Buenos Aires International Airport contains a number of stores including clothing shops, like Los Robles Polo Team, Yenny, a bookstore, and a pharmacy, La-Banderita. Duty free is available in both Terminal A and B.
• Luggage: Trolleys are located in all terminals. Left luggage is in Terminal A beside the Information Desk and in the departure lounge. For lost baggage contact the Airport Security Police (11-4480-2327) or the airline.
• Airport Hotels: There are no hotels within the Buenos Aires airport. There are a number close to Buenos Aires including Marriott Plaza Hotel (11-4318-3000), the Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires (11-4321-1200), Faena Hotel Universe (11-4021-5555) and the Hilton Buenos Aires Hotel (11-4891-0000). Tourist information desks are situated in the arrival areas of both Terminals A and B.
• Disabled Travelers: Disabled facilities include elevators, toilets, parking places and wheel chairs. Extra assistance is available on request from Customer Service.
• Lounges: There are VIP Lounges in Terminal A arrivals on the ground floor and Terminal B in departures on the first floor. These are for business class passengers and club members only and can be reserved (11-5480-2588).
• Parking: There is a multi-story car park with covered and open-air parking options. Both Terminal A and B charge an hourly rate of $8 but the daily maximum at Terminal A is $48 and at Terminal B it is $32. The cheaper option of Off-Airport parking is also available with the majority providing shuttles or buses to the terminals. A third option is two weeks free hotel parking after a one night stay at specific hotels within the area.
• Directions & Transportation: Drivers should take the General Ricchieri Expressway north and then turn off at Avenido 9 de Julio. Buses provide transportation to the airport and charge $1.35 to central Buenos Aires which is a 45 minute ride. The service is every 30 minutes between 5am and 9pm. Yellow and black taxis are located outside Terminals A and B. As they tend to be busy passengers are advised to book one from a taxi booth.
