• Eating & Drinking: There is a large selection of restaurants and cafes in all concourses. They include fast food outlets like Burger King, Pizza Hut and Quiznos and cafes and bars such as Starbucks and First In Flight Bar.
• ATM: ATMs are located in the ticketing lobby and by Concourse A and D. Currency exchange facilities are available in the ticketing area.
• WiFi: Free wireless is available throughout the airport. Signed ports are also available.
• Shopping: There is a large variety of shops throughout CLT's concourses including Duty Free (World Passage). Other names include The Body Shop, Daily News, Mind Works and Simply Books.

• Airport Hotels: There is no hotel in CLT but a number in the vicinity. These include the Holiday Inn (704-394-4301), Courtyard Charlotte Airport (704-319-9900), Country Inn & Suites (704-394-2000), Days Inn Charlotte Airport Coliseum (704-394-3381) and the Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel (704-392-1200) which are all between 1 and 2 miles away. Free shuttles are available from and to the airport and hotels can be contacted from the information desks.
• Disabled Travelers: Facilities include elevators, loading lifts, parking areas, toilets and wheelchairs on request. Text telephones and visual paging are also available.
• Lounges: There are two US Airways Clubs located between Concourses C and D and beside Concourse B (704-359-3158). The opening times are generally from 5.45am to 10pm. On the second floor of the Atrium is the USO lounge (704-359-5581) which is open 6am to 11pm.
• Parking: Both short and long-term parking is available. For short-term the first 30 minutes are free followed by $2 per hour and a maximum of $16 per day. There are two long-term parking lots which charge at a daily rate of $4. There is also a remote parking lot which costs $6 a day. 24 hour shuttle buses are available for transport between the parking lots and the terminal. • Directions & Transportation: If traveling by car, CLT is situated off the I-485 which can be reached from I-77 or I-85. Shuttle buses, Carolina Transportation (CATS) Airport Express, provide transportation to the airport ($1.30 one way) and depart from the upper floor of the Main Terminal by zone D. Taxi ranks are positioned on the baggage claim level, outside the terminal. The fare from the airport to Charlotte city center is $25 for up to two people.
