Flights with Comair

Comair is among the largest regional airlines in the world and belongs to Delta Air Lines. Comair offers flights to a range of destinations across the US as well as Mexico, Canada and the Bahamas. From their two major hubs in Cincinnati and at JFK Airport, Comair connects several different North American cities as well as popular vacation destinations in nearby countries. Since being established in Cincinnati in 1977, the airline gradually began expanding the fleet size and destination network before being taken over by Delta in 1999. Following years of financial problems, parent company Delta Air Lines filed for bankruptcy in 2005, taking Comair into financial trouble with it. Financial restructuring and improved performance have created a stronger position, based around the strong reputation Comair has for ground handling together with partner companies Mesaba and Compass Airlines which were merged into the same company in 2009. Today, Comair operates using the brand name Delta Connection to maximize the partnership with Delta and uses their SkyMiles frequent flyer program. As a member of the SkyTeam, Comair customers benefit from an extensive global route network.
