Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) is located northwest of Dallas in Texas. It is a secondary airport in the region, Dallas-Fort Worth being the primary. The main airline is Southwest Airlines which was founded at Dallas Love Field Airport and is the headquarters of the company. It is also served by Delta Connection and Continental Express. Destinations are domestic only and include Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico and Texas. Dallas Love Field Airport deals with about 6 million passengers a year and is composed of three concourses. The airport is named after an Army Lieutenant called Moss Lee Love who suffered a fatal crash.

• Eating & Drinking: There are six food outlets which can be found mainly in the West Concourse and Main Terminal. These are Pizza Hut, McDonald’s, Antler’s Bar, Chili’s Too, Cinnabon and Dreyer’s Ice Cream.
• ATM: ATMs are located in the main area by Hudson News and in the West Concourse near Gate 2 and 12. There is no Bureau de change as it only deals with domestic flights.
• WiFi: Wireless Internet is available for a fee. There are three companies available: AT&T at $7.95 daily, T-Mobile at $6 an hour and $9.99 a day and Boingo which charges $7.95 daily.

• Disabled Travelers: Facilities include elevators, toilets, TTY telephones, parking spaces and wheelchairs on request. Airlines should be contacted prior to flying.
• Parking: Short-term parking is in Garage A. The first 30 minutes are free, then the charge is $2 up to an hour, $6 up to 3 hours and a daily maximum rate of $12. Long-term parking is situated in Garage B. The first half an hour is free then it is $1 up to an hour, $4 up to 3 hours and a daily maximum fee of $8.
• Directions & Transportation: By car the airport can be reached by either taking the I-35 East, Dallas North Toll way or US75. Rail customers take the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) to the airport. There are also shuttle bus services available. Taxi ranks are located on the upper level opposite the baggage claim area.
