The Glasgow International Airport (GLA) serves as the gateway to Scotlands south and west. • ATM: ATMs are available both before and after security check throughout the terminal. American Express and Travelex Currecy Exchange booths are also located in the terminal.

• Shopping: There is a wide range of shopping available at the airport from Duty-free to food, chocolates and sweets, fashion and accessories, watches and jewelry, perfumes, books and gifts and electronics equipment.

There is also long-stay parking with a courtesy shuttle running to and from the airport and valet parking. Fast curb-side drop-offs and pick-ups parking is available outside the terminal. For short-stay parking, expect to pay up to £1.50 for the first 20 minutes, £4 for up to 1 hour and £7.20 for up to 3 hours depending on the parking lot. At the fast-track parking lots, pay £17 for up to 12 hours and £20 for 24 hours. In the long-stay parking lots, prices start from around £8.90 per day.
• Directions & Transportation: The airport is situated south of the Clyde River and close to the M8 motorway with access provided by Junction 28. Driving from Glasgow takes around 20 minutes. For those requiring public transport, there are frequent shuttle buses that run between the airport and the Glasgow city center. Shuttle buses also run to the nearest rail station in nearby Paisley where connections throughout the area can be made. Outside the main terminal are a number of ready available airport taxis.
