Grand Junction Regional Airport (GJT), formally known as the Walker Field, is the largest airport in western Colorado. It is a public-use airport that serves as a pilot and flightattendant base for Mesa Airlines. The airport has two runways and serves around 57,700 passengers per year. There are only a few airlines served by the airport including Allegiant, American, Delta Connection/Skywest, United Express/Skywest, US Airways, and charter services. The main direct flight destinations include Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Dallas/Fort Worth with worldwide connections.

• Parking: There is parking available across from the Terminal building. For the first 30 minutes, parking is free and then only $1 per 30 minutes afterwards. The daily maximum is $8.
• Directions & Transportation: The airport is located close to the Interstate Hwy 70, with exits to State Hwy 50 and to Clifton / Grand Junction. For those requiring public transportation, the Grand Valley Transit bus service runs regularly between the Terminal and Grand Junction. There is also the American Spirit Shuttle service that connects to destinations in the surrounding area. Taxis are also available outside the Terminal building.
