Long Beach Airport (LGB), also known as Daugherty Field, is situated in Long Beach, California. • Disabled Travelers: There is an elevator on the north side of the terminal and parking spaces are available.
• Parking: Short and long-term parking is available in lots A, B and D. For all, the first 20 minutes is free and the hourly charge is $2. Lot A is closest to the terminal building and costs $17 daily. Lot B is a short distance away and charges a daily rate of $15. Lot D is the furthest and there is a free shuttle every 15 minutes to and from the airport. The charge in this lot is $11 per day.
• Directions & Transportation: If traveling by car Long Beach Airport can be reached from the 405 Freeway and the 91 Freeway. The Long Beach Transit Bus Route 111 provides transportation to the airport from Long Beach center and costs $1.10. Trains can be taken to Wardlow Station from where a bus or taxi should be taken to the airport. Taxis are available outside the airport and provided by Long Beach Yellow Cab. The journey to Los Angeles costs $72.
