• Eating & Drinking: Food outlets are available in all terminals and range from bars and cafes to restaurants and fast food. They include McDonald's, Subway, Cafeteria Columbia and Illy-Henry J Beans.
• ATM: ATMs are located throughout MAD. Bureau de change are in terminals 1, 2 and 4 on the ground floor.
• WiFi: Wireless Internet is accessible in the restaurants of all terminals and in the VIP lounges.
• Shopping: Shops and Duty Free are located in all four terminals. Names include Les Boutiques, Relay Virgin and Imaginarium. Terminal 4 contains The Airport Market.
• Luggage: Carts are located in baggage claim, on the ground floor of the terminals, and the parking lots. Lost luggage offices are located in terminals 1 and 3.
• Airport Hotels: There are no hotels on site but there are a number in close proximity to the airport. Within the airport there are over 20 information counters for further assistance with booking a hotel room.
• Disabled Travelers: There are elevators and toilets located in all terminals. Further facilities include telephones, ramps and wheelchairs on request.

• Parking: P1, opposite Terminal 1, P2, with access to terminals 2 and 3, and P4, by Terminal 4, are for short and long-term parking. They cost 75¢ for the first 30 minutes, $1.10 for the next, then $1.90 per hour followed by $6.30 per day for the first 4 days and $15 after that. A short-term lot next to Terminal 2 is for picking up and dropping off. A free shuttle goes between the long stay car park and the terminals.
• Directions & Transportation: By car take the A2 towards Barcelona then exit 12 onto the M-14. The Madrid Metro Line provides transportation to the airport from the city center. The Madrid Municipal Transport Company (EMT) has a regular service between Madrid and Madrid-Barajas Airport. Route 200 is outside the baggage claim area of terminals 1 and 3 and route 204 is outside arrivals of Terminal 4. Underground stations are at terminals 2 and 4. Taxi ranks are by arrivals of all terminals and cost up to $38 to Madrid center.
