Marseille Provence Airport (MRS), also known as Marseille-Marignane Airport, is situated northwest of Marseille in Marignane within the Bouches-du-Rhone region of France. Marseille Provence Airport deals with over 7 million passengers a year, making it the fifth busiest airport in the country, and serves the Marseille region. Marseille Provence Airport is served by over 20 different airlines but the majority of flights are dealt with by Ryanair. Flights are to over 90 destinations worldwide but predominantly to cities within Europe. The airport consists of three terminals, for domestic, international and low cost flights, and two runways.

• Eating & Drinking: There are a number of food outlets located throughout the airport. These include Haagen-Dazs and Sport and News Café on the ground floor, Brasserie Flo and Restaurant Bleu Olive on the upper floor and Cafe Debout in the departures lounge.
• ATM: There are three ATMs located in the mp2 Terminal. There is also a Bureau de change available in Marseille Provence Airport.
• WiFi: Wireless Internet is available in the boarding lounge in halls 1, 3 and 4 and in the Business Center. There is also an Internet café in departures, hall 1, which charges $6.30 hourly.
• Shopping: Most shops are on the upper floor or in the departures lounge, including a newsagents, a gift shop and a jewelers. Duty Free is in the departure lounge and the Schengen area.
• Luggage: Carts can be found throughout the airport. Baggage claim is located on the ground floor. For lost property there is an office in hall 3 or contact 442-142-410.
• Airport Hotels: There are a number of hotels on site. Pullman (442-784-278) is a four star hotel which provides a shuttle 24 hours a day. There is a Best Western Hotel (442-155-400) and Novotel Hotel (442-899-044) which provide a shuttle from around 5am to 12pm. The Ibis Hotel (442-899-313) and Economy class Etap Hotel (442- 793-179) provide a shuttle from 5am then the former stops at 11.30pm and the latter at 11pm.
• Disabled Travelers: There are disabled toilets and elevators located throughout the airport. Other facilities include parking spaces and wheelchairs on request.
• Lounges: There are three VIP lounges available in MRS. La Camargue, for up to 8 people, and Le Van Gogh, for up to 20 people, charge $88 hourly and $315 daily. La Panoramique, which can accommodate 250 people, charges $261 hourly and $1205 daily.
• Parking: P2 and P8 are free for the first 40 minutes then $3 up to an hour and $5 up to 2 hours. However, P2 charges $14.50 daily and P8 $31.60. P3 and P7 cost $3 up to an hour, $4 up to 2 hours and $10 daily. P5 and P10 also charge $3 up to an hour then the rates of P2. P1 is $7.60 up to 4 hours, $13.90 up to 8 hours and $19 daily. • Directions & Transportation: By car, drivers can take the A7 motorway then exit onto the N113. Both buses and trains provide transportation to the airport. By bus the journey takes 25 minutes and costs $10.70. The service is every 20 minutes and leaves Marseille from 5.35am to 12.35am. By train the journey takes 17 minutes and costs $5.40. The service is every 20 minutes and leaves Marseille from 6.23am to 10.30pm. Taxis run 24 hours a day and cost between $50 and $63 to Marseille center.
