• Eating & Drinking: Food outlets can be found on both the lower and upper levels of Monterrey Airport. There are a number of snack joints and two restaurants.
• ATM: ATMs are situated on the lower level of both terminals and Bureau de change is also on the lower level.
• WiFi: The Aeromexico Premier Salon Lounge offers wireless Internet.
• Shopping: Shops within the airport are on both the lower and upper levels and include souvenir stores, sports and accessory shops and Duty Free outlets.
• Luggage: Baggage claim is on the lower level. For lost luggage contact an information booth in either domestic or international arrivals.
• Airport Hotels: There are no hotels on site. However, there a number in the vicinity, the closest being the Hampton Inn - Monterrey Airport (081-8196-8500) based by Highway 54.Others within a 5 minute drive are the Fairfield Inn Monterrey Airport (081-8196-8900), the Ibis Monterrey Airport (081-8196-4040), Courtyard by Marriott - Monterrey Airport (081-8196-7900) and the Best Western Monterrey Airport (081-8220-3200). For further assistance at MTY there are two information booths in the domestic and international arrival areas.

• Parking: The lot by Terminal A offers short and long-term parking. Short-term charges $1.70 the first hour, then 50¢ each additional 15 minutes within the next 30 minutes after which the cost is 40¢ per 25 minutes with a daily maximum of $21.50. Long-term charges $3.50 the first 3 hours then $21.50 the first day followed by $14 for subsequent. Outside Terminal C short and long-term rates are the same as Terminal A short-term parking except the daily maximum is $14.
• Directions & Transportation: When driving, follow Avenida Constitucion then take Carretera Miguel Aleman. From downtown Monterrey there is a bus service available. Tickets can be purchased from both terminals and are priced from $20.30 to $42.15. Otherwise, there are a number of taxi companies that provide transportation to the airport. The journey takes approximately half an hour. Taxis can be pre-paid at booths within the airport. Another option is the minibus service provided by Suburban.
