Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is located just under 4 miles southwest of Nice. The airport served nearly 10 million passengers in 2009, and it is the third busiest airport in France, behind Charles deGaulle International Airport and Orly Airport, both located in Paris. Nice Côte d'Azur also serves the Principality of Monaco due to its proximity. There are two terminals in the airport, which serves several airlines including Air France, Delta, and Lufthansa. Airport Shuttles are available only upon request, and travel to and from designated stops in front of both terminals.

• Parking: Parking is available in several areas, including economy parking in the P9 lot serving both terminals for 11 Euros an hour for the first 8 hours and then 8 Euros and hour afterwards. For short-term parking, lot P1 is free for the first 5 minutes, and a maximum of 2 hours stay for 10 Euros. Long-term parking is available in garages G1 and G2, and cost 24 Euros an hour. A shuttle bus serves the P4 and P8.
• Directions & Transportation: By road from Nice, Monaco, or Italy to the airport, take the Promenade des Anglais roadways and follow the signs. There are plenty of taxi services which can take you to and from the airport ((04) 9313-7878). Buses are also available for transportation to the airport. The SNCF is a regional train service with a variety of routes to the airport. From the Central Station in Nice, the train connects with Bus 99.
