Ontario International Airport is located in San Bernardino County, California. The airport served more than 6 million passengers in 2008, and serves United Airways, Delta, US Airways, American Airlines, and is dominated by Southwest Airlines. It is frequently used as a substitute to the much busier LAX airport in Los Angeles, and it is 35 miles east of LA. It is often referred to as LA/Ontario International to avoid confusion with Ontario, Canada. LA/Ontario has two terminals and is a medium-hub airport.

• Eating & Drinking: There are restaurants and cafes located in both terminals of Ontario International. Some names include Applebee’s, Schlotzky’s Deli, Carl’s Jr., and TGI Fridays.
• ATM: ATMs and ICE Currency Exchange booths are located in both terminals of Ontario International Airport.
• WiFi: WiFi is available throughout the airport. T-Mobile also offers HotSpot Service at $6 for the first hour, and 10 cents per minute thereafter, or a day pass for $9.99.
• Shopping: For shopping, there are facilities in both terminals for gifts and souvenirs, as well as newsstands.
• Luggage: Skycap Service and trolleys are available in both terminals. To call about lost luggage or property, call Airport Police (909-933-5600).
• Airport Hotels: There are several hotels located conveniently near to the airport. The Ontario Airport Marriott (909-975-5000), Best Western Ontario Airport (909-937-6800), Quality Inn Ontario Airport (909-937-2999), Hilton Ontario Airport (909-980-0400), and Sheraton Ontario Airport (909-937-8000) are all close to the airport and offer courtesy shuttle transportation to and from the airport.
• Disabled Travelers: There is reserved parking for disabled travelers in Lots 2, 4, and F. Accessible toilets are available throughout the airport.
• Lounges: For business centers, there are local hotels like the Hilton which provide conference or business centers.
• Parking: Ontario International offers short-term and long-term parking. There is a two-hour limit in Lot 2, but also daily parking. Lot 3 has cheaper rates for daily parking. Lot F is an economy lot for long-term parking, with the first two-hours free of charge. There is also a free shuttle service to the airport from the F Lot. Rates vary pending the dates.
• Directions & Transportation: If traveling by car, then taking the Archibald exit off Interstate 10 will lead you directly to the airport if you follow the signs. Omnitrans offers bus transportation to the airport from the San Bernardino Country Area. Foothill Transit runs to and from West Covina. Riverside Transit Agency offers service to and from Riverside. There are a couple of shuttle services that run from your door to the airport, including Express Shuttle (310-323-7222), which is also available outside the airport. Taxis are also available with meter-rates.
