Ottawa International Airport (YOW) is situated south of Ottawa in Ontario, Canada, and is the sixth busiest airport in the country. The airport deals with just over 4 million passengers per year and serves the Ottawa area. Ottawa International Airport does not act as a hub for any airline but it is a focus city for Air Canada and Canada Jazz. The airport consists of one passenger terminal and three runways. • Eating & Drinking: Food outlets are located on all three levels of Ottawa International Airport. There is a food court on level 3 which includes Rideau Bar and Grill, Booster Juice and Second Cup Café. Tim Horton’s can be found on levels 1 to 3.
• ATM: ATMs are situated on levels 1 and 2. Bureau de Change are located on levels 2 and 3.
• WiFi: Free wireless Internet is available in most public spaces throughout Ottawa International Airport.
• Shopping: Most shops are based on level 2 after security. Names include Brookstone, Discover Ottawa, Great Canadian Book Store and Relay. Duty Free is located on levels 2 and 3 after security.

Shuttle buses are available to most airports in close proximity to the airport. There is an information booth located on level 1 for further assistance once at the airport.
• Disabled Travelers: Elevators are to all levels. Toilets are on level 1, throughout level 2 and by gates 1 and 18 on level 3.
• Lounges: There is an executive lounge called the Capital Lounge which is provided by Servisair. It is located on level 2 and provides seating for up to 35 people. It is open to all passengers but must be booked in advance.
• Parking: Parkade (P1) is for short-term parking and charges $1.90 every 15 minutes with a daily maximum of $17. Long-term parking is in P4 and is located close to the Ottawa International Airport building. The charge is $1.90 per 15 minutes with a daily maximum of $13.30 and weekly of $61.70. BizPark is for frequent flyers and is paid for by credit card with a monthly, itemized bill. All parking lots can be paid for by debit card, credit card and cash.
• Directions & Transportation: If driving, Ottawa International Airport can be reached via Highway 417. By bus, route 97 leaves from post 14 outside arrivals. An adult ticket costs $1.20 and can be purchased from the ground Transportation desk on level 1. There is a hotel shuttle which leaves from post 10 outside arrivals and costs $14.20 for a one-way, adult ticket. There is a main taxi service which can be contacted by calling 613-523-1234.
