Pulkovo Airport (LED) is located south of St. Petersburg in Russia. Annually, the airport deals with approximately 7 million passengers and serves the region of St. Petersburg. Pulkovo Airport acts as a hub for Rossiya Airlines and as focus city for the airline Nordavia. It is composed of two runways, one cargo terminal and two passenger terminals: Pulkovo-1, which mainly handles domestic flights, and Pulkovo-2, which handles international destinations. Within the country, Pulkovo Airport is the fourth busiest airport. It was first named after a railway station positioned nearby called Shosseynaya but this was changed in 1973.

• Eating & Drinking: Food outlets can be found in both terminals. As well as local chains serving traditional drinks and dishes there are also worldwide chains including TGI Friday’s, open from 8am to 8pm, and Costa Coffee, open 24 hours a day.
• ATM: ATMs are based in both terminals, in departures and arrivals and on all levels at Pulkovo Airport. A Bureau de Change is located in both the departure and arrival areas on the ground level.
• WiFi: Free wireless Internet is provided by OBIT and available throughout Pulkovo Airport. Internet booths are also available: two in the transit corridor and two on the first level in Pulkovo-2.
• Shopping: Duty Free shopping can be found in both terminals at Pulkovo Airport. There is also a convenience store and a newsagents located in the departures area of Pulkovo-1 on the first level.
• Luggage: Baggage claim is located on the ground level. For lost property there is a desk in both terminals or call 812-723-8361 for Pulkovo-1 and 812-324-3787 for Pulkovo-2.
• Airport Hotels: There are no hotels located on site. Pulkovskaya Hotel (812-140-3979) is one of the closest hotels at 3 miles away. Best Eastern Morskaya Hotel and Hotel Pribaltiyskaya (812-329-2430) are within 15 miles of Pulkovo Airport and the Angleterre Hotel and Rocco Forte Hotel Astoria are approximately 19 miles away. For further assistance there is an information desk located in both of the terminals.
• Disabled Travelers: Elevators and adapted toilets are located throughout the airport. Other facilities include an ambulift and wheelchairs on request.
• Lounges: Business lounges can be found in both terminals at Pulkovo Airport and are available for Priority Pass, Diner's Club International and CitiGold card holders. VIP halls are also available in both terminals. They all provide business facilities and refreshments.
• Parking: Opposite both terminals short-term and long-term parking lots are available. 600 spaces are for short-term parking at an hourly rate of $3.30 and long-term parking, with 400 spaces, is charged at $9.90 per day. There are also free parking lots near each terminal which are unguarded: by Pulkovo-1 there are 350 spaces and by Pulkovo-2 there are 136 spaces. The other option is the multi-story lot with four covered and one uncovered floor. This is charged at $11.60 per day.
• Directions & Transportation: By car, take Moskovsky Prospekt which then becomes Pulkovskoe Shosse. Bus number 39 provides transportation to the airport from Moskovskaya metro station and stops by arrival hall 1. The service is every 12 to 12 minutes, 5.30am to 1.30am, and takes about 35 minutes. Bus number 13 leaves from Pulkovo 2 to Moskovsky and costs 86¢. Bus 3 stops at the metro stations, ending at Sennaya, and costs 89¢. Taxi desks are in both terminals and there are three main companies: Taxi Group, Taxi League and Taxi-Lux.
