Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport (SCL), also known as Pudahuel Airport and Santiago International Airport, is the largest airport in Chile, close to the country's capital, Santiago de Chile. Named after the founder of the Chilean Air Force, Santiago International Airport handles over 9 million passengers per year. It serves the base of operations for LAN Airlines of Chile, a member of the Oneworld alliance. Santiago International Airport is served by a number of major international carriers, offering nonstop services and connections to all parts of the world. Internacional Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez Airport is divided into two terminals: Domestic and International.

• Eating & Drinking: There are over 20 restaurants, cafés and bars and Santiago International Airport, most of which are located past security. International chains are represented alongside specialty restaurants.
• ATM: ATMs and bureau de change can be found throughout the airport, before and after security. A 24-hour exchange facility is located in the International Terminal. There are also three full-service banks and a post office.
• WiFi: Telfonica operates WiFi service in International departures and the Delta Airlines Crown Room Club. Information on rates is not available. An internet center is located before security in the domestic terminal.
• Shopping: A number of shops selling a wide range of gifts, accessories and travel essentials, including big international brands, can be found airside in the International Terminal, where there are also four Duty Free shops.
• Luggage: Baggage carts are available free of charge in both terminals. Left-luggage is available in the International Terminal. The Lost and Found office can be reached on + 56 2 690 1707.
• Airport Hotels: The Holiday Inn Santiago Airport (+ 56 2 799 9900) is located across from the airport entrance. Another close-by Hotel is the Diego de Almagro Aeropuerto (+56 2 230 5600) five minutes' drive away. Other hotels are located in downtown Santiago.
• Disabled Travelers: The passenger terminals are designed to be fully accessible to disabled passengers with elevators, ramps, facilities for the visually impaired and special restrooms throughout the airport.
• Lounges: A business center with conference facilities is located in the International Terminal, opposite Gates 14 & 17. The following airlines operate lounges for the benefit of their premium class travelers, all in the International Terminal: American Airlines Admirals Club, opposite Gate 19, Delta Airlines Crown Room (Gate 18), LAN Gabriela Mistral (between Gates 17 & 18) and LAN Pablo Neruda (between Gates 19 & 20), Pacific Club (Gate 20, also Domestic).
• Parking: There are over 4,000 parking spaces available at Santiago International Airport. The parking garage is connected directly to the passenger terminal. The three parking zones are Custody, Express and Cargo. All parking is free of charge.
• Directions & Transportation: By road, Santiago International Airport is connected to downtown Santiago by Autopista Vespucio Norte or Autopista Constanera Norte. Driving time is approximately 45 minutes. There is no rail service to the airport but Public transportation to and from the airport is provided by the bus companies Centropuerto and TurBus. Services to and from downtown run from 5:30 a.m. to midnight, with single fares costing the equivalent of under $2 (1,000 Pesos). Taxis can be arranged from the ground transportation counters in the arrivals areas, which is cheaper than hailing them in the street. Fares to downtown Santiago average $20 (10,000 Pesos).
