The Stockholm-Arlanda Airport (ARN) is located in Sweden, in the municipality of Sigtuna and in the province of Uppland. The airport is the largest in the country, and served 16 million passengers in 2009 with its 4 terminals. Scandinavian Airlines uses the airport as one of its three largest hubs. The airport is also a hub for Nextjet, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Skyways Express, and TUIfly. Other carriers in the airport include Delta, British Airways, and Air France. The airport serves both cities of Stockholm and Uppsala, and it is a public airport.

• ATM: There are many ATMs available throughout Stockholm-Arlanda, as well as a bureau de change.
• WiFi: WiFi internet access is available throughout the airport, as well as computers equipped with internet access.
• Shopping: There are many shops located mostly in Terminal 5 and SkyCity for souvenirs and gifts. There is also a duty-free shop.

• Airport Hotels: Within the airport, there is the Rest and Fly in SkyCity, which is walking-distance to the gates (08-5505-5505). The Radisson SAS Arlanda Hotel (08-5068-4000) and Radisson SAS SkyCity Hotel (08-5067-4000) are both located at the airport, and the SkyCity one offers a free shuttle bus. Other local hotels which offer shuttle services include Ibis Hotel (08-655-0100) and the Park Inn (08-5911-1100).
• Disabled Travelers: Within Stockholm Airport, there are text telephones for disabled passengers. Lifts and accessible toilets are in all terminals.
• Lounges: There are several lounges in Stockholm Airport, including Finnair Lounge in Terminal 2. Also, the SAS Business and SAS Scandinavian Lounges in Terminal 5, and the SAS Stockholm Lounge in Terminal 4, allow Star Alliance members.
• Parking: There is both short- and long-term parking available at Stockholm Airport. There is outdoor parking available for short-term at 60 SEK an hour for Terminals 2, 4, and 5 or in the multi-storey garage for 80 SEK an hour. For long-term parking, there are two lots, Arlanda Langtid Alfa and Beta, which cost 110 for days 1-4. The Alfa Lot then costs 440 for one week, and the Beta Lot costs 520. There are transfer buses available.
• Directions & Transportation: By road, take the E4 North from Stockholm to Arlanda, and follow the airport signs. There are express trains to and from Stockholm and the journey lasts about 20 minutes. Bus stations are located near Terminals 2, 4, and 5 which take 45 minutes to reach Stockholm. Taxis are also available for transportation to and from the airport.
