Tallahassee Regional Airport (TLH) is a city-owned airport serving the city of Tallahassee, in Leon County, Florida, and nearby areas in northern Florida and southern Georgia. Its present terminal building, divided into two concourses, opened in 1989, handles an average of just under one million passengers annually. Tallahassee Regional Airport is served mostly by commuter airlines providing connections for American Airlines, Continental Airlines, Delta Air Lines and US Airways, with services primarily to destinations in Florida and the southeastern United States. A service to Washington-Reagan Airport is due to be inaugurated in 2010.
