Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE) is based north of Venice in Italy. The airport deals with approximately 6.7 million passengers annually and serves the Venice region. A large number of major airlines use the airport, including Air Transat, British Airways, Delta Air Lines and EasyJet. Venice Airport is composed of one terminal building over three floors and two runways. Flights are to countries worldwide and, within the country, Marco Polo is currently the fifth busiest airport. It was named after Marco Polo who was a traveler from Venice thought to have reached China.

• Eating & Drinking: Food outlets are located on the ground floor and on the first floor in arrivals but mainly in departures. They include cafes, for example Café Marco Polo, wine bars and restaurants serving local dishes.
• ATM: 24 hour ATMs can be found throughout the airport. Bureau de change are located on the first and second floors.
• WiFi: Wireless Internet is available on all three floors of the airport.
• Shopping: Shops, including Duty Free, are mainly located on the first floor in the departures area. They sell fashion, accessories, toys, gifts, souvenirs, jewelry and leather goods.

• Airport Hotels: There is no hotel located on site at Venice Airport. However, the Courtyard Venice Airport (041-541-5022) is based 300 meters from the terminal building and Antony Hotel (041-542-0022) is about 0.6 miles. Other hotels in close proximity to the airport include Marco Polo Airport (041-260-9260), Annia Park Hotel (041-541-5200) and Hotel Venice Resort (041-541-6826). For reservations there is a desk located in the arrivals area.
• Disabled Travelers: Elevators and adapted toilets are available throughout the airport. Other facilities include ramps, TDD telephones and wheelchairs on request.
• Lounges: There are two VIP lounges available on the second floor: the Alitalia VIP Lounge, for SkyTeam passengers, and Sala VIP Save Marco Polo Club, which is free to Club ‘il Milione’ cardholders.
• Parking: Long-term parking is in lots P1 to P5. P1, P2 and P3 charge $6.55 for the first 2 hours, $20.90 up to 24 hours and $108.50 for a week. P4 is furthest away from the airport and charges $3.90 up to 2 hours, $6.50 for a day and $45.75 for a week. P5 costs $3.90 for the initial 2 hours, $14.40 for a day and $81.05 for a week. SpeedyPark offers short-term and is located left of the airport.
• Directions & Transportation: If driving, Venice Marco Polo Airport can be reached via the A27 and SS14. There are a number of bus services which provide transportation to the airport from Venice. Tickets can be purchased from the airport from 8am to 12am. Other services are to Padua, Pordenone, Aviano, Portogruaro and seaside resorts. Mestre-Venice and Venice-Santa Lucia railway stations can be reached by bus. Both land and water taxis are available and reservations can be made in the airport.
