Zurich Airport (ZRH) is located within Rumlang, Koben and Oberglatt, north of Zurich in Switzerland. It handles approximately 22 million passengers per annum and serves the Zurich region. Zurich Airport acts as a hub for the airlines Edelweiss Air and Swiss International Air Lines. The airport consists of two terminals and three runways. Within Switzerland, Zurich is the largest international airport and the main gateway into the country, especially for those visiting the Alps. Flights are to around 170 different destinations throughout the world including major cities such as New York, London, Dubai and Venice.

• Eating & Drinking: Cafes, bars and restaurants are located before and after security check-in. These include Starbucks Coffee. McDonald’s, Pasta and Pizza, Asia, Segrafedo Zanetti Espresso Bar, Burger King and Caffe Ritazza.
• ATM: ATMs are located throughout the airport. Bureau de change is based in the arrival areas.
• WiFi: Wireless Internet is accessible for free from hot spots throughout the waiting areas. Computer stations are also available for a charge.
• Shopping: There are a large number of shops available both before and after check-in. Famous branches include Lacoste, Mango, New Yorker, Orange, New Yorker and Tie Rack. Duty Free is after security.
• Luggage: Free carts are available throughout the airport. For lost property there is an office in Terminal 1 arrivals or contact 0900-57-1015.
• Airport Hotels: Radisson Blu Hotel (448-004-040) is based next to Terminal 2. Other hotels in close vicinity to the airport include Hotel Airport Best Western (448-094-747), Movenpick Hotel Zurich Airport (448-088-888), NH Zurich Airport (448-085-000), Hilton Zurich Airport (448-285-050) and Park Inn Hotel Flughafen Zurich (448-288-686). Shuttle bus services are available between these hotels and the airport. Information centers are located in the arrival areas and in the check-in area 3.
• Disabled Travelers: Elevators and adapted toilets are available throughout the airport. Other facilities include TDD telephone, ramps, parking spaces and wheelchairs on request.
• Lounges: There are nine lounges available at Zurich Airport. The Dnata Skyview and Panorama lounges are open for First and Business Class passengers. Others include Emirates, SKYTEAM, Swiss Arrival, Swiss Business, Swiss First, Swiss Senator and Business Lounge B22-29.
• Parking: Parking lots P1, P2 and P3 are connected to the airport terminals, P6 is by the cargo building, P5 is 5 minutes walk and P60 (long-term parking) is 10 minutes. P1, P2, P3 and P6 cost $5.75 for the first hour, $14.40 for 4 hours then $2.90 hourly with a daily maximum of $40.20. P5, P40 and P60 charge $4.80 for the initial hour, $10.50 up to 4 hours then $1.90 hourly with a daily maximum of $29.70.
• Directions & Transportation: By car, Zurich Airport can be reached via the A20 and A51. There are a number of bus services running to and from the airport next to P2. Coaches are also available to destinations throughout Switzerland. Trains provide transportation to the airport from Zurich every 10 minutes and also other cities in the region. The station is based under Terminal B. Taxis are positioned opposite arrivals 1 and 2. The journey to Zurich center costs from $57.
